The following are the Terms of Use ("Terms") that govern the use of the www.314golfteetimes.com website ("Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. MM Golf LLC, its affiliates, successors and assigns ("Company") reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and without notice. If you violate these Terms, the Company may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

1. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site, nor shall you attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. 3. Links and Search Results: The Site may automatically produce search results that reference or link to third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. The Company has no control over these sites or the content within them. The Company cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. The Company does not endorse the content of any third party site, nor does the Company warrant that third party sites will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against the Company for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site.

4. Offline Conduct: Although the Company cannot monitor the conduct of users off the Site, it is a violation of these Terms to use any information obtained from this Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any Site user without their prior explicit consent.

5. Commercial Use: No bulletin board, chat or other areas of this Site may be used by our visitors for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of merchandise or services of any kind, except as specifically authorized by the Company.

MM Golf will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but MM Golf makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Information is believed to be accurate at the time it is created. However, like any printed material, information may become outdated over time. Information on the Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information may be changed or updated without notice. MM Golf may also make improvements and changes in the Software and services described in the Site at any time without notice.

8. Remedies: Violations of these Terms may be investigated and appropriate legal action may be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress. You understand and agree that the Company may, in the Company's sole discretion and without notice, terminate your Membership. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to the Company for violations of these Terms and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations.

9. Limit on Damages: You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Site, including your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all material and reports provided through or generated by the Site. MM Golf does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the Site will be corrected.
